1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Learnstar Creative Summit website (lcs.learnstar.co) and registering for the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register for the event.

2. Event Registration

• Registration for the Summit (Feb 6, 2027) is free but mandatory.
• Registration does not guarantee entry — the venue has a capacity limit, and admission is on a first-come, first-served basis for registered guests.
• The Creative Capital Forum (Feb 5, 2027) is invitation-only. Registration on this site is for the Summit only.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission or revoke registration at our discretion.

3. Code of Conduct

All attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and staff are expected to:

• Treat all participants with respect and courtesy.
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind.
• Comply with venue rules and event staff instructions.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of speakers, exhibitors, and fellow attendees.

Violations may result in removal from the event without refund or recourse.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Learnstar or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Learnstar name and logo are trademarks of Learnstar. Event photography and videography may capture attendees; by attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Learnstar Creative Summit and its organizers are not liable for:

• Personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
• Changes to the programme, speakers, or schedule without prior notice.
• Third-party content, links, or services referenced on this site.
• Technical issues affecting registration, the Creative Quest game, or site availability.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
